Erbil: On 26/04/2017, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Dzayi , the Department of Quality Control in The College of Law and Political Science organized a Seminar under the title of ( Connecting the Universities with Society and Market). 

In this Seminar, Dr. Azar Shukur Salih the official of Quality Control in the College , Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat the President of Erbil Chamber of Commerce and a Industry, Dr. Aras Qadir Khoshnaw the head of the Center of Information and strategical Research , Dr. Kaywan Esmail Ibrahim the Dean of The College of Law and Political Science , Dr. Hala Saed Yahya the editing director at the Law and Politics Magazine were panelists . And, a number of intellectuals and students attended the seminar. 

Dr. Khayat, talked about the role of the Chamber in finding job opportunities for youths and university graduates, he encouraged the graduates to develop their skills in English language to cope themselves with the requirements of the new markets and globalization. Also, he asked Universities to give importance to learning English language.
