in the filed of publication of economic ideas and the promotion of commercial exchanges between Kurdistan Region and the states of European Union .

This award is for the second time to be organized ,since the establishment of the union ,as the honorary PhD has been granted to Mr.kHayat by Hague University for applied science in the field of economy in a ceremony held in the Hall of cultural center belonged to Erbil Chamber .
