The ceremony was took place on 12/10/2014 celebration at the headquarters of one of the group s companies, officially the ceremony was attended  by Mr.Safin Dzayee  spokesman of the Kurdistan Regional Government , and Mr. Nawzad Hadi,Governor of Erbil and a number of British companies and Kurdistan.
