Erbil:On 24 / 9 /2013 , Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry received Nickolo headquarters Rinadl member of the European Parliament and .Dilawar Azhgayyi ,the representative of the KRG to the European Union..

In a session The president of the Chamber touched to the economic relations and developments and the level of these relations in recent times , in his part, Mr. Nickolo Rinadl member of the European Parliament and Chairman of the Economic Committee, asked  many questions about the role of Regional Government to support private sector development and the role of the European Union in assisting the region in economic terms.

Through the answer to those questions Mr. President of the Chamber indicated to a number of  measures taken by the Regional Government to support the private sector , such as the allocation of land and tax exemptions and facilities provided by the business organizations and interest in solving the problems of the private sector, and appreciated  the role of the EU in assist the region in several areas.

In the  end of the meeting Rindle  revealed the new program by UNDP  with the  support of other international sides for private sector development and human capacity building in the Kurdistan Region .

Erbil On 24.9.2013: Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat President of Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry , has received in his office representatives of Japanese a group of companies , are specialized in the field of gas and oil derivatives - Food Trade - clothing and textiles - information technology equipment , and is the third largest Japanese companies that was founded by more than one hundred and sixty years , its Current capital estimated one hundred and forty billion dollars, head of the delegation has pointed that the purpose of this visit is to participate in the Erbil International Fair and the possibility of building business relationships with business and commercial interests of Kurdistan.

Mr. President of the Chamber welcomed the delegation and expressed his admiration for and readiness in cooperation with Japanese companies to build a broader business relationships to achieve common interests between the Kurdistan region and Japan

Erbil:On 24/09/2013,at the building of the of Social and Cultural Center of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry  was held an  expanded meeting between representatives of the Kurdish and British companies accompanying the delegation of the Assembly,the meeting attended by Mr. Fida adin Mohammed Amin, a member of Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and a number of other members of the  member Board of Directors of the Chamber      Chamebr, and in a speech to hailed the visit and wished the delegation a pleasant stay in Erbil , also touched on the depth of the economic and trade relations between the Region and Britain asking the expansion of these relations through the presence of the largest number of British companies in the economic arena of Kurdistan, and also talked about some of the contents of the Investment Law No. 6 of 2006 and the size of the facilities and privileges granted by law for foreign investors .

Also touched on the measures to be implemented at the desire of foreign companies to open branches in the region that would facilitate access to Investment  opportunities and access to the market of Kurdistan.
In the words of the President of the British delegation , Mr. David Lloyd adviser of The British Middle Eastern Friendship Association, , in Which  he noted the good relations existing between the two countries , he said : In order to strengthen these relations was the British government to open an office in Erbil specialist to grant entry visas to businessmen and citizens of  Kurdistan to Britain in  flexible terms . In the End mutual  meetings has been  happened  between businessmen and traders from both parties to introduce themselves and their business activities in order to enable them to continue trade relations  in the future .

Erbil: On 09.24.2013 , Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat , President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry ,received in his office Mr. Jin Philip Tajdian the Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of Canada - based in Baghdad , who is visiting the region to pave the way  to Canadian companies to enter the Kurdistan market and open door to trade cooperation between Canada and  Kurdistan, He revealed Canada 's intention to open a commercial office in Erbil, said that in the month of next February, a large Canadian trade delegation will visit Kurdistan as a first step for the joint commercial cooperation , Mr. President welcomed the Guest and expressed the readiness of the Chamber  to provide adequate assistance to enable Canadian companies working in Kurdistan
