Erbil: On June 22,2014, Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat ,President  of the Erbil  Chamberof Commerce and Industry has received, Belarus s ambassador to Iraq. 

In the session  between sides ,after the President welcomed  the visiting guest , Mr. Ambassador  of Belarus, talked about to the goal of his visit to the chamber ,and said we are going to develop our business relationship with the region ,and expressed  that his country has the sophisticated and advanced capabilities andthe possibilities in the field of industry and technology, energy, agriculture, andhe also said we are trying to coordinate with Government  officials in the region and Belarus to open a direct trade air route between our two countries in order to facilitate the work and trade relations between us. 

For his part, President of the Chamber welcomed the idea and expressed support for the idea which is in the interest of traders and industrialists and the people of Kurdistan and Belarus and confirmed their full support for theestablishment of trade relations and to participate in events and economic events when it is held in the Region  or Belarus.
