Erbil: On 20 December 2018, a large delegation of Indian investors and businessmen delegation, headed by the Indian ambassador to Iraq, and accompanied by the Indian Consul General to Erbil, the head of Indian Federation of industrialists was among 30 companies representatives in the fields of food, energy, Industry, health, investment , agriculture,  visited the Chamber and welcomed by Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat, the President of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Dr. Khayat said " Nevertheless, that a good number of Indian companies and investors are working in oil sector in Kurdistan, the commercial relations are good, but we are ambitious that the Indian investors to set investment in the sectors of industry, agriculture to uplevel the commercial ties."

Then, Bradib Sing Rachpour, the Indian ambassador to Iraq said" the delegation is representing a number of sectors as agriculture, health, construction, information technology. We will continue in our work, enthusiastically. There are good opportunities in Kurdistan to be exploited."
