The PLATO plan to be implemented in Kurdistan soon
Erbil: On 11 December 2018, a delegation from Antwerp, was including Gile Sotinice, senior consultant at European Union. Luke Van Lovern, the director of international relations, visited Erbil Chamber.
In a meeting, Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat, the president of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry said" our commercial relation with the European Union is not good enough. We hope to be developed,"
" We hope Belgium to open Consulate General or an office. And, open direct flight to Erbil from Belgium. The Belgium businessmen to participate in Kurdistan exhibitions."
The visiting delegation, expressed readiness to convey the requests to their government, they also willing to promote relations with Kurdistan Region. Also, they said that their Region is rich, it's almost composing 83% of Belgium economy.
In another part of the visit, the delegation participated in a meeting with a number of company representatives in Erbil, Gile Sotinice said" we are here to present PLATO - Programmed Logic for Automated Teaching Operations- to Kurdistan companies. This program benefit them, they will be able to exchange information."
Then the program presented to attendees.
