Erbil .For the period of 28-30/1/2015 ,Trade and economic  delegation from Kurdistan visited Spain with the participation of the  of the Federation of  Commercial and Industrial Chambers  rs of Kurdistan Region , headed by Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat president of the Federation of Commerce and Industries Chambers . 

The delegation has held several meetings with the concerned trade and economic establishments in this  European state , has been urging them to do business  and investment in the region, noting the stable security situation and the rush of foreigncompanies to work in the Region . Among those meetings that were held ,a meeting was held  with Mr. Jose Luis Buend Headof  Spanish Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the presence of  a number of members of its Board of Directors of the Spanish Chamber ,the sides focused on the importance of strengthening trade and economic relations between the two countries, and found through talks that Spain in the process of setting up a joint business and economic conference -  in Erbil in the near Future to bring  together the commercial  views of the owners of the Kurdish and Spanish commercial interests and to think out  the market situation closely, in preparation for entry into the Kurdistan market, also a number of meetings has  beenheld  between members of the Kurdish delegation and their counterparts from the Spaniards in Barcelona under the auspices ofthe Bercelona Chamber of Commerce and Industry , in order to exchange points over commercial matters between the partiesand ways of cooperation in the future in order to achieve the mutual benefits.
