Erbil :On 15/4/2014 The  British the Economist magazine has interviewed Mr.Dara Jalil khayat the president of Erbil Chamber of Commerce, over the activities of the Chamber ,and its  role locally ,regionally  and  internationally  .

The Magazine asked many internal issues of the Chamber  ,and interpretation about the number of members the registered members ,its role in the developmental movement based currently in the region .

He also pointed to a number of memorandums of understanding signed between the Chamber  and the Federation  and their counterparts from the countries of the region and the world ,that brought positive results, towards strengthening trade relations ,between the Kurdistan Region and many countries of the world including the initiative of the  Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) and Gaziantep, Turkey, which they  opened a branch in Erbil, in order to build better trade and economic relations between the region and the world.
