On 13/10/2009,French trade delegation participating in the Erbil International Fair, took part in an expanded meeting in Erbil chamber headquarter , with the Kurdistan merchants, industrialists and owners of companies. This meeting was attended by the French consul to Kurdistan Dr. Frederick tissutts, and this meeting aimed at building mutual understanding and trade relations between Kurdistan and the French traders. In the meeting Mr.Dara Jalil Khayat the head of the chamber offered a speech ,emphasized on the importance of making mutual relations between traders .Also he evaluated the role of French consul in helping traders ,and paving the way for French traders to invest in Kurdistan . The French consul also hailed the role of the chamber ,and he asked traders to build mutual relations and business. After discussing many business related issues,dinner was offered to the guests.
