Erbil: On 29th May, 2022, Ibrahim Mohmad Kanabi deputy president of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the presence of a number of the board of directors of the Chamber, received a delegation of the Hungarian Consulate Genraeral in Erbil. The delagation was included Atila  Tutt the consul general, Mickosh Kalay the economy and trade department officer at the Hungarian Consulate in Kuwait and the in charge person trade between Iraq and Hungary. 

In a meeting, the sides talked about returning the Hungarian companies to Kurdistan and Iraq Markets. 

The Hungarian top diplomat to Erbil said that there are different opportunities in Kurdistan Region and the time is suitable to the Hungarian companies to be back which they have abandoned due to the Covid Pandemic, we would try to bring them back with more energy and enthusiasm. 

The deputy president elaborated on the available sectors for the visiting delegates and asked the Hungarian companies to participate in the International Fairs in the Region.
