The Indian Consul General visited the Chamber 

Erbil: On 24th Nov, 2021, Dr. Dara Jalil Khayst the president of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the presence of the deputies and a number of the board of directors of the Chamber received Subhash Chandra Kayin, the Indian Consul Genersl in Erbil. 

In a meeting the sides addressed the commercial ties between Kurdistan Region and India while the aim of the visit was tow mail parts: 

Firstly: He gave the Chamber an invitation for participation in an international fair in India. . 

Secondly, that asked the Chamber to supervise a meeting between the Indua consul staff and the companies that have business links with India to help them out in solving their problems and removing the obstacles which are facing them. 

The Pakistani Companies open an Exhibision in Erbil

Erbil: On 29th Nov, 2021, Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat the president of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the presence of the deputy and a number of members of the board of directors of the Chamber received Ahmed Amjad Ali the Pakistani ambassador to Iraq. 

The aim of the visit was three main lines: The first one was informing the Chamber about an exhibition which the Pakistani companies would open it in Baghdad between 3-5 March, 2022, in the participation of 150-200 companies. 

And, the same exhibition with the participation of 50-75 companies be transferred to Erbil. 

The second part is in early January 2022, the Pakistan ambassador will attend a meeting with the traders and owners of business interests in the Region, The meeting will be organized by the Erbil Chamber of Commerce, to introduce Pakistan products and the problems that are facing businessmen of the Region in the event of trading with Pakistan. 

And, the last point is an invitation that was delivered to the Chamber to visit Pakistan with a business delegation of the Region for promoting the commercial bonds. 

The president of the Chamber, praised all of the actions and expressed full support.
