On 29 May, 2019 Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat the President of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed Jermey Mainke the Denemark ambassador to Iraq. 

They talked about ways to promot commercial relations between the both sides. 

Dr. Khayat asked the ambassador to try to trigger the Danish companies into Kurdistan Region especially those who are working in the fields of agriculture, industry, tourism. 

Its schduled that a wide delegation of Danish representatives of companies will visit the region later in this year.
