Erbil: On 6th November, 2018, a delegation from the Iranian Consulate General, headed by Murtaza Abady the Iranian Consul General to Erbil,visited the Chamber, and received by the Dr. Dara Jalil Khayat, the President of the Chamber and his deputies. 

In a meeting, the both sides discussed the commercial exchange between Kurdistan Region and Iran. They focused on the most important obstacles on the way of the businessmen, to be submitted to the higher official in raking to tackle them. 

The sides, discussed the current situation of Iran and the U.S. sanctions on Iran, they agreed on the necessity of the continuation of the commercial exchanges.
