The Jordan ambassador to Erbil visited the Chamber
Erbil:On 18/7/2016, Dr.Dara Jalil Khayat the president of Erbil Chamber of commerce and industry welcomed Mr.Haytham Salih the Jordanian Kingdom consul general to Erbil and his deputy .
Mr.Salih talked over the strength ties between the both sides ,emphasized that they are working for economic relations consolidation in line with political relations. He said “ Iraq state in general and Kurdistan region in particular are our key trade partners.”
He said that recently they have a strong corporation with Iraq in the fields of medicine and information technology ,in which that Iraq is ranking hfourth among the countries that we have cooperation with them.But they intend to develop collaboration in the other fields.
Mr.Salih invited a delegation from Kurdistan region to participate in an ICT international forum which will be held in Jordan in the end of the year .
Mr.khayat expressed his happiness by the visit of the delegation . Asked more facilitations to be made by the Kingdom on the issue of granting visa to the traders and citizens. Expressed the full support of the chamber in all the areas that serving both economies.
