Erbil: On 6/6/2016 , DR.Dara Jalil Khayat the president  of Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry , received  Mr.Stavors Varcos the regional official of trade and commerce in the Greece embassy in Baghdad . 

In a meeting attended by a number of the board of directors members of the chamber , the sides discussed to promote the commercial relations  ,through the effort of the embassy to bring a delegation of the active Greek companies to Kurdistan region 

To meet their counterparts in Kurdistan and establish business foundations. 

The guest disclosed that his government intends to open its consulate general during this year ,holding a multi pile powers , having the right to grant visas to Greece .

Dr.Khayat praised the program which has put forward by the delegation ,and expressed the readiness of the Chamber to support those companies wishing to serve the economy of the region .
