Sunday on 5/4/2009, with attendance of Nimrood Yohanna Kurdistan tourism minister, Dara Jalil Khayat head of Erbil chamber with a number of chamber administrative council members and a number of company owners dealing with tourism, chamber hold a large meeting for Eli Maroni Lebanese tourism minister. Dara Jalil Khayat, in his speech welcomed them warmly and mentioned the historical relations between Kurdistan and Lebanon, appreciated Lebanon attempts and starting investment in Kurdistan as a first Arabian country also mentioned the works of Bibilos Bank and the flight between Erbil and Lebanon and hoped to develop the relations. The minister expressed his happiness for those developments in Kurdistan and referred to the importance of Kurdistan geographically and historically. The minister announced that they want to make their relation with Kurdistan systematic and may be sign a relational protocol with Kurdistan tourism minister and open tourism office in Erbil.
