Saturday on 15/11/2008 with the presence of Adolfo Urso Italian minister to develop economy and trade, Italian ambassador to Iraq, KRG trade minister, Dara Jalil Khayat the head of federation of chambers of commerce and industry and more than 100 Italian traders and company owners, the Economic Forum was held at Shiraton Hotel in Erbil. At the beginning, Italian ambassador mentioned that it is obvious to everyone that Kurdistan is a different part from Iraq in economy and development. Also formally invited Kurdistan Regional Government to share in Millano trade fair in order to make this share a relational bridge. Dara Jalil Khayat the head of federation of chambers of commerce and industry, in his speech focused on investment opportunities in Kurdistan Region and said that It will be a strong base that will has an important reflect commercially in the Region. Italy has been opened to trade fair till now in Erbil, and now concentrates to do bring company owners to do investment here.
