Sunday on 16/11/2008 Bernardo De Azevedo the Brazil ambassador to Iraq which was accompanied by a delegation from Arab-Brazilian chamber of commerce visited Erbil chamber office and welcomed by head and a number of members of chamber administrative board. In a meeting strengthen the commercial and economical relations between both sides were discussed and also ambassador declared that they intend to open a honorly consulate in Erbil to facilitate in business between Kurdistan Region and Brazil. Ambassador formally invited Erbil chamber to participate in a trade fair in Brazil on March 2009.
