Erbil –On 10 July 2010 , A delegation from British Middle East Association visisted the headquarter of Erbil chamber headed by (David Lloyd) senior consultant for the group , and included representatives of (15) Trading Company ,accompanied by (Jeremy Mkad) British Consul in Kurdistan and Bayan Sami Abdul Rahman representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government The delegation held a meeting with a number of Erbil merchants and industrial, in the presence of f Dara Jalil Khayat Chairman of the Chamber and a number of administrative members .. Chairman of the Chamber stressed during the meeting the importance of strengthening trade relations between Kurdistan and the UK and referred to the results and the importance of the economic conference for investment which was held in London recently in the presence of a government and trade delegation of the region. For his part, President of the British trade delegation confirmed that he would continue his efforts to encourage British business owners to carry out projects in the region and contribute to the reconstruction. On the sidelines of the meeting discussions were held between traders from both sides on various business affairs
