Erbil: On 18Sep,2014 ,Mr .Vladimir Makea the Minister of Foreign affairs of Belarus Republic has visited Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry with his accompanied delegation, welcomed warmly by Mr.Dara Jalil Khayat the president of the Chamber and the chamber s members of board .
Mr.Khayat welcomed the delegation and made a speech ,talked in about the economic ,trade and investment opportunities in Kurdistan Region ,in addition to the historical ties between the Region and Belarus .
Mr. Vladimir said we have seen in this critical moment that Kurdistan going through ,to visit the region ,express and reassure our support to Kurdistan ,and said that this hard time will be ended and the region will gain it is stability soon ,we are here to start commercial relation with Kurdistan.
We are vanguards in the field of Information Technology , Agriculture , Industry ,we can support Kurdistan in Those fields ,and we are to implement ,and agricultural project in Kurdistan.
He announced that the signed an understanding memorandum with vice prime minister of Kurdistan Region ,and they have established a follow up committee.
The sides exchanged ideas and agreed on developing trade and business ties.

Mr. President of the Chamber welcomed the delegation and congratulated him on inauguration in this post ,hoped for him success in his new task .
Mr.Abadi tanked Mr.Khayat and said he is emphasizing on the trade links between Iran and Kurdistan ,he expressed his readiness to quick response to solve any problem of traders ,he talked about the fields that Iran is qualified In ,for example agriculture and industry. Indicated to a big number of Iranian companies are doing business in Kurdistan ,and the level of trade exchange is good they are trying to develop business and pushing up the level of exchange , as well as to develop the bank investment in Kurdistan.Mr.President of the chamber asked the Iranian Banks to open their branches in Kurdistan and expressed the chamber support to any step to serve the mutual interest.
