Erbil:On 10 May 2010 , Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat the head of the chamber in the presence of a number of administrative members ,received Mr. Nicola Bazini the head of trade department in Italian embassy in Baghdad and his accompanied delegation ,which was included a number of traders and industrialists. In an expanded meeting a number of Erbil traders attending it , the head of the chamber ,praised the quality of Italian Tec-equipment and agriculture devices, he hoped to Italian companies to take advantage from KRG s 5 years term agriculture plan , to participate in Kurdistan region reconstruction. Mr. Bazini the head of Italian delegation thanked the chamber for fixing the meeting ,and introduced the members of the delegation to Erbil’s traders.

Erbil: On 11 May 2010 , in the presence of Dr.Ali Sindi , minister of planning , the fifth Iranian special exhibition has opened in Erbil on the ground of Erbil International Fair. The governor of Erbil , deputy governor of Uremia , Iranian ambassador to Baghdad , the head and a number of administrative members of the chamber were participated in the opening ceremony. In a speech offered by Dr.Ali Sindi , he congratulated the exhibition organizers ,he emphasized on the importance of opening an exhibition like that , also he said that KRG supporting consolidation of business ties with Iranian companies ,there is a strong business relationship with Iran to the extent that 300 Iranian companies have participated in this exhibition. The exhibition continued for 5 days.
