Erbil:On, 6/12/2012 Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat Chairman of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry has received , Dr. Molefe Tsili the Ambassador of South Africa to Iraq and Jordan.

In a meeting  held between the two sides the mechanism of coordinating relations and holding business meetings between Kurdistan and the companies of South Africa and the exchange of visits between trade delegations in order to build and expand relations between the two sides were discussed,.

For his part Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat, highlighted in the meeting on the history of struggle of the peoples of Kurdistan, South Africa and sacrifices in order to achieve freedom wishing to build strong relations between the two sides, adding: "We hope to build strong relations with South Africa ,it is  in the service and interests of both sides,." noting that the Kurdistan Region has expanded external relations and invite South African companies that follow other international companies to come to Kurdistan and take advantage of promising Kurdish market, declaring that the Chamber will do the necessary support to those companies in the case of coming to Kurdistan, and Mr. Khayat and via ambassador Molefe Tsili called upon South African companies to visit the Kurdistan Region ".

For his part, Ambassador Molefe expressed his happiness to visit the region and this meeting, noting that his country's companies aspiring to come to Kurdistan and invest  in the   Kurdistan market.
